Wow, it's been a while. I'm just too busy with academics, and good news; i think i did well in my finals .

Maybe this is what i'm supposed to do. Keep myself busy to keep my mind off that stupid incident that caused me to "bleed". I'm still in the process of recovering and the virtual bandage was already removed since the wound stopped bleeding for quite some time now. But whenever i do nothing, i can't help but think about those times and tend to scratch everything off which causes it to bleed again. It's still painful. Maybe i'm not completely over it. I just set it aside for a while and... (more)

I've been running up and down the stairs, for the past couple of weeks. Let's just say i'm in demand, hahah! Nah! I'm just really busy with projects, reports, and tasks in the external affairs office. I would always be in a hurry and end up exhausted running from the laboratory to the office and back... and forth, and back... and forth... and so on. And just so you'd know, our office is on the ground floor and the lab is on the 4th floor. May not be a big deal for others, but for me, going up and down the stairs more than a few times consecutively, is a big deal. Plus, i've been missing a... (more)

It's been a year since I started my blog and this is my 200th entry! Weee! I read some of my previous posts and i could vividly picture everything that happened on those times. Some are sad, some are crazy, some are fun... But one word describes them all: memorable.

It's kind of amazing how a heartbreak can turn into a good thing. You see, a person in love soars high, never realizing that the higher she gets will only make it more painful when she falls. When that happens, she'll break her heart, and it'll take a long time to put the pieces back together. She'll let her heart heal at its own pace. Eventually, the pain turns to sorrow, sorrow turns to despair, and despair to anger. Time will bring different kinds of negative emotions, but these mold the heart into a better one. Not longer than expected, the anger will vanish and content shall take its... (more)

Our project in LINCIRC is finally working! Weee!!! I'm so happy! We've been working all day for a week, including Saturdays, and revised the breadboard countless times. Just when i'm running out of hope, we've finally got the circuit working. We just changed the 10kOhm pot. to 50kOhm, and the rest was history. Haha! It's a bit disappointing though, that we didn't think about it before. Now we have a few points deduction for submitting it late. Oh well!

Happy Birthday Ced and Me!!!

~~~
Nothing special happened today... Just Yellow Cab pizzas care of Sir Paul! Heheh... But seriously, I won't even feel it's my birthday if it wasn't for the persistent sophomores who are my classmates in almost all of my subjects who keep singing "Happy birthday Beck" in the labs. Everyone's just so busy with projects, plus the preparation for the preconfirmation tomorrow. But i didn't feel bad. It's even surprising and heartwarming to know that many people remembered this day. Thank you so much! I wanted to treat everyone but i don't have enough money to do... (more)
By The River
By the river stood a tree.
A strong solid oak rooted deep.
One day it heard the cry of a wounded sparrow
that had clipped a wing in a vicious fight.
The predators of the night were circling below.
Looking for prey.
The solid oak reached down with a branch
scooping up his new found friend
carrying her into the safety of the sky.
For days they played.
Until the sparrow's wing healed.
And she tested flight and flew away.
Never to return?
The tree felt sadness.
And then betrayal.
And then incredible shame,>
as it realized.
The little sparrow could give nothing
that it hadn't already given.
It... (more)
I'm actually really busy but... i have to take a rest! I can't stuff everything in my head since the book is a fast sender and it swamps my brain which is a slow receiver. [Nyahaha! Geekiness!] Anyway, i got this from Jensen's blog.
# Press forward for each question.
# Use the song title as the answer to the question.
